She has experience working with government, academic, and nonprofit organizations to achieve mission-oriented goals. Additionally, she has extensive experience in writing, receiving and managing local municipal, nonprofit and federal funded grants from the Department of Education, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Department of Transportation (DOT), and Department of Health & Human Service (HHS).

He has proven success in leading teams in corporations all while serving in the U.S. Army. He successfully cultivates and maintains strategic partnerships with clients to improve business operations with a strong emphasis on the increase of sales and revenue. She designs and facilitates orientations, trainings and seminars geared towards leadership development, team and skill building and industry-based concepts.
